1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Accountaxed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Subscriptions

The Accountaxed Pro plan is billed at $9.99/month or $99.99/year. You may cancel at any time. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Users supplying their own API keys are solely responsible for any charges incurred with their respective AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.). Accountaxed does not control or refund third-party API usage costs.

4. Disclaimer

Accountaxed provides estimates and modeling for internal planning. We are not a certified CPA firm. Always consult a licensed professional for official tax filings, audits, or regulatory matters.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Accountaxed to process data you do not have lawful authority over, to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or to abuse our infrastructure with disproportionate workloads.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You retain the right to export your data for 30 days following any termination.
