Accountaxed, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our financial modeling services. We do not sell your personal data or your uploaded financial data to third parties.

What we collect

• Account information — name, email, organization, and entity type, provided when you sign up.
• Uploaded financial data — bank statements (PDF/CSV), categorized transactions, and generated financial statements stored encrypted in our cloud database.
• Usage telemetry — minimal analytics to understand how the app is used and improve the UI.

How we use it

When processing transactions via AI, data is transmitted securely to our AI partners (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your prompt, and is opted-out of their model-training programs.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@accountaxed.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.
