Accountaxed allows users to drag-and-drop up to 12 bank statement PDFs or CSVs at once. Our advanced, browser-based parsing technology extracts the text securely before sending it to our specialized AI models. The platform instantly sanitizes the messy data, enforces strict hardcoded accounting guardrails, and populates a dynamic, unified financial dashboard.
The application automatically adapts terminology and compliance logic for seven different Entity Types (including Nonprofit-specific Form 990 reporting) and generates Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements on demand. Accountaxed also uniquely offers a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model, enabling users to power the app with their own encrypted OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude API keys for free exporting.

Over his career, Juan has advised hundreds of small businesses throughout the San Diego region — from startups to established enterprises. His deep hands-on experience provided him with a clear understanding of the bottlenecks facing small business owners: manual bookkeeping, delayed financial clarity, and inaccessible CFO-level modeling.
In addition to his tax credentials, Juan is a passionate "Vibe coder," driven by a love for modern development and the intersection of finance and AI. He realized that advanced AI algorithms, combined with strict accounting guardrails, could automate the data entry bottleneck that has defined the industry for decades.
